VR and AR Walkthroughs

The technology has been around for many years, with the first headsets tethered to a powerful computer and sensors in the room to get even a modest user experiance. Even with these limitations the technology was useful to get a sense of space.

It is much simpler now with light weight headsets from the likes of meta able to give a great user exerperiance without any cables or sensors.

We believe this experiance is an important part of designer your new home and gives us a chance to make finesse the design while still in the digital stage. Other than walking through the completed home there is no better way getting a feel for space.

For our designs or yours

While we offer virtual reality to our own design clients, we also are able to provide this experiance to those that that want to take their own designers plans even if the plans are only printed on paper. We can create these models by turning your plans into 3 dimensionnal models.

For preliminary designs we offer a white model option with your floorplans overlayed. This is a great way to get a feell for the spaces and the flow of the house without going into colours or materials.

As the design progresses we can go to a more evolved design wher we include furniture and materials.

Pricing

Pricing for this service is based on the size of the house and the level of detail required. For simple houses this starts at around $1.25 nzd per metre plus hosting fees of around $30nzd per month. For more complex houses this can be up to $2.50 nzd per metre plus hosting fees of around $35nzd per month.

Plus a hosting fee of $40.00nzd per month
